BAAA Notice of AGM 2007

The Brunei Australia Alumni Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 3.00pm on Friday 22nd June 2007 at the following venue:

Arkitek Idris
1st Floor- Conference Room
Lot 20010, Taman Alam
Jalan Telanai, Beribi

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Welcome and opening comments from the President
2. Treasurer’s Report for the years ended 31st December 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006
3. Ammendments to articles in the constitution
4. Election of Executive Committee Members for 2007-2009
5. Other business – Comments and questions from members

Note:

• Members wishing to peruse the BAAA accounts please click here to request electronic copies.
• Only full members of the BAAA are entitled to vote at the AGM for items 3 and 4 above
• Only full members of the BAAA can seek election into the Executive Committee. Members seeking election shall be nominated by one full member and seconded by another full member. All nominations shall be with the consent of the nominee.
• Nominations have to reach the Honorary Secretary prior to the AGM in a sealed envelope addressed to:
